Claiming Conference Support

Conference Ambassador Support is made on the basis of each application and the objectives outlined in it and is subject to the general conditions of the scheme. The following conditions apply to the approval and to the claiming of support:

  1. Completion of the activities as outlined by your application
  2. Changes in the mix of approved costs will not be permitted unless there are exceptional circumstances explained in advance to and approved by Fáilte Ireland
  3. The approved activities must take place during 2008 and the claim for payment must be submitted no later than 2 months after the event
  4. Fáilte Ireland to be acknowledged in any promotion of the conference and in the final programme- please provide copy of all relevant material
  5. A link to www.irelandinspires.com to be placed on the event web site - please provide relevant link

Recipients of support can claim payment on the submission of the following documents:

  1. Please ensure that the Business Tourism Unit has received your bank account details as all payments are made by Bank Transfer
  2. Invoice Log
  3. Post evaluation report
